In 2010, Sensei Felix discovered Kodokan Judo with his kids Noah, Amiel and wife Sue. After achieving his coaching license as a Green Belt in 2019, Felix started to become more involved with the club, eventually becoming the president of the Dojo. Throughout his journey, Felix has experienced Silver and Gold medals at the Illawara and Hunter Valley Judo competitions. Outside of Judo, Felix contributes towards the community through his roles as a Scout Leader and District Director for the Greater Sydney Conference Pathfinders in the Sydney South West Division.

Felix's favourite throw is the Tai-O-Toshi.

David started Judo in Japan with his Dad, Sensei Yoshiyuki in Year 1, but trained occasionally. After moving to Australia, David started up as a white belt at the Bushido Judo Club in 2017 and achieved an Orange Belt, before moving back to Japan to train under the Ishikawa Kinen Budokan Dojo in Kawasaki. Having recently come back in 2023, David is currently participating in competitive tournaments and contributes towards the Dojo as a developing assistant coach.

Now he spends his free time throwing people half his age across the mat with his fierce techniques.
