Founded in 1959, Bushido Judo Canley Vale Dojo offers classes for all ages, focused on training all levels of Judo, social or competitive. Translated as the 'The Gentle Way', Sensei Kano Jigoro combined the different styles of JiuJitsu and developed the Martial Arts of 'Kodokan Judo'. Founded in 1882, Sensei Jigoro Kano developed the art to have a more complete fighting system with 'maximum efficiency with minimal effort'.
In the Bushido Judo Canley Vale Dojo, participants are given the opportunity to train on state of the art training mats, providing the best experience for everyone that practices.
Training at Bushido Judo Canley Vale, training isn't just about being just physically fit or self-defence. It's about developing yourself mentally but through the act of discipline and focus. Together as a team and community, we all strive towards pushing ourselves to the limit to bring the better versions of ourselves.
